1. Preamble
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the sales made through it.
Access to the Ekho Paris website and the sale of the products offered on it are governed by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”).
These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of any person browsing the website or making a purchase (hereinafter “you,” “your,” the “Customer”) and of Ekho Paris (hereinafter “we,” “our,” the “Seller”).
The purchase of products on the Ekho Paris website is exclusively reserved for end consumers—natural persons of legal age—acting strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes and possessing full legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Consequently, the Customer declares that they are making purchases for their personal use only and agrees not to resell Ekho Paris products, either commercially or through first-hand distribution channels.
Any order implies the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Products
The pieces offered by Ekho Paris are designed with particular attention to materials, finishes, and their uniqueness.
Each piece may exhibit subtle variations, reflecting its unique identity.
The images shown on the website are as accurate as possible, though we cannot guarantee that they will be identical to the product you receive.
3. Ordering
All orders are placed directly on the website.
An order and payment confirmation will be sent to you by email after your order is confirmed.
The order is considered final upon receipt of payment.
Most Ekho Paris designs are made to order.
Production and shipping generally take 1 to 2 weeks from the time the order is confirmed. This timeframe may vary depending on order volume or exceptional circumstances, for which the brand cannot be held liable.
The customer agrees to provide accurate information when placing an order (address, email, etc.). Ekho Paris cannot be held liable for data entry errors resulting in a failed delivery.
If an item is out of stock, we invite you to subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of future restocks and new arrivals.
Ekho Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or exceptional circumstances.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
The total amount is charged when the order is shipped.
Payment is secure and can be made using the methods offered on the website.
Ekho Paris guarantees the confidentiality of the data transmitted.
Ekho Paris reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, products are billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer when confirming the order.
The delivery times indicated on the Website are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, or certain circumstances beyond EKHO PARIS’s control. We make every effort to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible.
As soon as the order is shipped, a confirmation email containing a tracking number is sent to the Customer so they can track the progress of their package.
In the event of a delay, loss, or damage during transit, the Customer is asked to contact EKHO PARIS at contact@ekhoparis.com as soon as possible. An investigation may be initiated with the carrier. If the package is declared permanently lost or is not delivered following this procedure, EKHO PARIS will, as appropriate, reship the order or issue a refund, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
If the package is delivered damaged, the Customer is asked to contact EKHO PARIS immediately upon receipt, attaching photographs of the package and its contents so that the request can be reviewed and an appropriate solution can be offered.
6. Returns
The Custome has 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a return by contacting contact@ekhoparis.com.
Once the request is approved, EKHO PARIS will provide the Customer with the necessary instructions for processing the return.
Return shipping costs are covered if the return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order. After this period, and up to the 14th day, the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
• be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition;
• be accompanied by their original tags;
• be returned in their original packaging.
Any product that does not meet these conditions may be refused and will not be eligible for a refund.
After the package is received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order, within the timeframes set forth by applicable regulations.
Due to the limited nature of certain designs, EKHO PARIS cannot guarantee the availability of a different size or style for an exchange. Customers are encouraged to contact contact@ekhoparis.com to check the availability of the
desired item. If an exchange is possible, EKHO PARIS will assist the customer with the process and provide a code so the customer does not have to pay shipping costs a second time. If the item is unavailable, the return and refund will be processed in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
7. Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned product(s), the refund will be issued via the payment method used at the time of the order, within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
The original shipping costs are not refundable, except in cases of error attributable to EKHO PARIS or where the law provides otherwise.

8. Liability
EKHO PARIS pays particular attention to the quality, craftsmanship, and durability of its designs.
However, EKHO PARIS shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the products, including but not limited to:
• failure to follow washing, care, or storage instructions;
• improper handling, use, or wearing of the products;
• normal wear and tear of the items;
• damage resulting from improper storage, care, or use.
Consequently, any damage resulting from any of these situations shall not give rise to a refund, an exchange, or a claim against EKHO PARIS.
9. Personal Data
The data collected is used strictly for the purposes of order management and customer relations.
Ekho Paris is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of your data and to processing it with the utmost security.
Ekho Paris never shares your information with third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.
In certain cases, and only with your consent, your data may also be used to offer you personalized benefits, such as a card or a gift for your birthday.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Ekho Paris website, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, visual identity, designs, and creations, as well as the website’s structure and architecture, constitutes an original work protected by French and international laws governing intellectual property and copyright.
This content remains the exclusive property of Ekho Paris.
Any reproduction, representation, distribution, modification, adaptation, translation, extraction, or exploitation—in whole or in part—of these elements, on any medium whatsoever and by any means whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of Ekho Paris.
This prohibition applies in particular, but is not limited to:
- any use for commercial or promotional purposes
- reproduction on digital media, social media, or in print
- the use of visuals or content for personal or professional purposes without authorization
